Creative instinct. Clear decisions. Real progress.
I work with artists, managers and labels to turn ambition into records, partnerships and catalogues that last. A producer’s ear, an executive’s perspective and a practical interest in what technology makes possible.

How we work together.
Artists
Shape the music. Build the career.
Creative direction, honest feedback and release decisions that serve who you are. I help connect the next record to the career and catalogue you want to build.
Work with me as an extension of the team. We turn a broad ambition into practical priorities, connect the right people and move from an idea to the next useful action.
Connect A&R, release strategy and catalogue development with the work behind them. Through Big Instrumental, our team can also support distribution, publishing, rights and commercial opportunities.

Golden Lovie Award
Hardwell’s Facebook Messenger chatbot received a Golden Lovie for experimental and innovative social work. I helped develop the project and the ongoing process of improving its conversations with fans.
We brought Hardwell’s Revealed event in Miami to fans in live 360° with Littlstar on 16 March 2016. This was before YouTube launched native 360° livestream support in April 2016. We also released the Miami 360° Experience aftermovie in 2015, letting fans explore Miami Music Week from Hardwell’s perspective.
With Revealed and Rightsshare, we explored blockchain for music rights and transactions. The project aimed to make rights ownership clearer and payments to contributors faster and more transparent.
